Eggplant


If we talk about the food that lowers the LDL cholesterol then eggplant cannot be ignored. Eggplant when you see it at a shop you think how you can cook it, you may use it as a vegetable, cook it with gram flour as pakora. you may eat it with spaghetti, it is best for your health. It is good to lower the cholesterol level.


Fruits


To get more vitamins and nutrients you need to eat 400 grams of fruit per day to benefit it. Fruits have the ability to satisfy hunger and thirst due to their very important nutritional content. Apple is very important for good health as the saying is that” an apple a day keep the Dr away”. if you will have more fruits and apples in your daily diet you will benefit from a substance called pectin. With more and more people choosing to live a life of veganism, soybean products are also becoming more available and affordable.
soybean is the ingredient that is helpful to lower LDL cholesterol, it is a great source of fiber, protein, and omega 3 that keeps safe from heart diseases. it is cholesterol-free and low in saturated fat.
You may take 25 grams of soy milk or tofu every day, it is enough to lower the LDL.


Oatmeal


Oatmeal is the best food if you will take it in the morning with a piece of fruit. Oatmeal having soluble fiber, which is very best for lower LDL cholesterol the bad cholesterol.


Dark chocolate


Dark chocolate is the best to save from heart diseases and it’s also best to lower the cholesterol level. By eating 75 to 85 percent cocoa, you may reduce the cholesterol level by as much as 6.5 mg/dl.


Nuts


Nuts are rich in minerals, vitamins and high in monounsaturated fat these all ingredients can lower cholesterol levels. IF you want good health then you need to add peanut, almond, and such types of Nuts to your diet.
